1. Initial Contact & Scheduling
You’ll reach out to schedule a session. I’ll review your request and confirm.
2. Release Form & Privacy
Before our first session, I’ll send you a release form to sign. This form explains your privacy rights and confirms that everything we discuss stays strictly between us—no sharing on social media or with third parties, from either side.
3. Payment Terms
To secure your session, full payment is required in advance. Once your session is confirmed, I’ll send you a payment link or invoice. Your appointment will be officially reserved once payment is received.
4. Session Confirmation & Zoom Link
After your release form is signed and payment is received, I’ll send you a confirmation email with a secure Zoom link for our session or an old fashioned phone call if you choose.

After our session, I’ll review the audio and my notes. This will give me an opportunity to digest our conversation, what you said and truly reflect on your goals and challenges.
7. Second Session: Action Plan
During our next session, I’ll share my observations and a suggested course of action tailored to your needs. We’ll discuss next steps together and adjust as needed. I try not to make decisions for you, I try to guide you to make the best decision for yourself.
8. Ongoing Support
You’ll always have the chance to ask questions, share feedback, and shape your own growth journey. My goal is to support you with empathy, honesty, and a little humor—every step of the way.
